About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and sorted at the winery before gentle pressing. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks for 8–10 days at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for several weeks before bottling, adding complexity and character.
