About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the producer's own vineyards in Lazio, farmed with biodynamic methods.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation is spontaneous and takes place at the winery, with two days of skin maceration. The wine is bottled without filtration.
