About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow at 400 metres above sea level on southwest-facing plots with clay and slate soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September and transported to the winery in small steel crates before fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 16 months in new barriques, followed by 9 months in bottle.
