Wine at the Table

Pesce treated wine as the center of a carefully composed meal and welcomed international guests at notable Piedmontese restaurants including San Marco, Hasta Hotel, Da Guido, I Cacciatori and Bardon. Scarpa retains the personalized menus from those occasions. Their legacy inspired a private six-person lunch in the Nizza tasting room, offered either around historical bottles from the Caveau or the estate’s monovarietal wines, with food prepared on site by a personal chef.
