Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Italy.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September, before full ripeness. After gentle pressing, they undergo several hours of cold maceration. The must is separated from the skins by pressing, and the juice is clarified through static settling. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature in stainless-steel tanks using selected yeast cultures. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation by the Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine is matured and stabilized in stainless steel.
