About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the heart of Tuscany, principally in Florence, Pistoia and Siena. The vineyards occupy hilly sites with mixed soils of sandstone, limestone, marl, clay shale and clay, together with stones and pebbles.
Vinification
The harvest date is determined through vineyard inspection and analysis, usually falling between late September and mid-October. Fermentation and a 12-day maceration take place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26–28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks.

Rich and velvety, with fresh fruit flavours.
