About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes come from Soligo’s vineyards in the province of Treviso. The soils contain volcanic rock, which gives the fruit its distinctive character.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds very slowly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts, followed by filtration. Secondary fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks.

Tasting profile

Elegant.

Serving and pairing

Serve as an aperitif or with cured meats, delicate fish dishes, seafood or salads.

Label / history

“Tappo Stelvin” indicates that the bottle is sealed with a screw cap.
