About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards on the historic hill known as Col de Mez. Volcanic rock in the soils gives the grapes their distinctive character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in August and September and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds very slowly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts, after which the wine is filtered.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes, smoked fish, salmon, tuna, seafood salads, shellfish and risotto.
Label / history
The wine received silver medals at Le Mondial du Rose in 2015 and 2016.
