About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate's own vineyards in the Veronese area. They are harvested only once they reach optimal ripeness.

Corvina, with a small proportion of Molinara.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and given a short period of skin contact. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
