100% Trebbiano Tabarrini clonal selection.

Vinification

Vinified as a white wine.

Ageing

Matured for at least 12 months in stainless steel, followed by six months in bottle.

Technical data

Annual production is approximately 10,000 bottles.

Tasting profile

Conceived as a substantial white wine from an old local variety, combining the character of the Montefalco hills with elegance and a strong individual personality.

Serving and pairing

Suggested with pappardelle served with white wild-boar ragù.

Label / history

The wine arose from a project to rediscover and give renewed value to a traditional white variety. Its name remembers Armando, the producer’s maternal grandfather, portrayed as kind, generous and tenacious. The association of his memory with the wine connects the estate’s past and future.
