Arillo in Terrabianca ‘studies’ the UGA of Radda in Chianti blindly

The Radda headquarters hosted another comparative blind tasting led by Lorenzo. Oenologists, producers, critics and journalists assessed wines from a defined type and vintage without knowing their identities. The panel compared and debated the wines while they remained blind, then continued the discussion after the bottles were revealed. The programme is intended as a disciplined study of the characteristics associated with Radda in Chianti and its UGA.
