Harvest 2023: a definitive assessment

The 2023 season was the company’s first certified-organic vintage. A rainy spring created significant pressure on vine health, but carefully managed phytosanitary interventions limited damage. Summer remained mild and avoided extreme heat spikes, allowing ripening to proceed steadily and providing flexibility in harvest timing. Grapes were picked in the traditional sequence for the varieties and showed a strong balance between technological and phenolic maturity.
