About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The selected Corvina fruit is grown on limestone soils in Verona.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and undergo spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. The wine is bottled without filtration or added sulfur.
Ageing
The wine rests for 18 months in oak barrels, followed by 6–8 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
