A mushroom sauce made with champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 56%, extra-virgin olive oil, pistachios, fine black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 2%, winter black truffle (Tuber brumale Vitt.) 2%, sea salt, dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 0.4%, flavouring and an aqueous extract of black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.). It may contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, peanuts, sesame, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts. Product code: 40660.
