About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Sicilia with limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are selected and harvested at optimal ripeness. The wine is organically produced. A short skin maceration is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
