The Corvina and Rondinella fruit is grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are partially dried before vinification. Maceration lasts 20 days and includes pump-overs.
Ageing
Sixty per cent of the wine matures for 18 months in medium-toast French oak barrels.
