About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Toblino vineyards with limestone-rich soils. The climate is cool, with pronounced day–night temperature differences, cold winters and hot summers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and dried for a period in dedicated rooms. Extended skin contact precedes fermentation of the must.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in acacia tonneaux, followed by 24 months in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Rich, with a distinctive mineral character derived from the limestone-rich soils.
