About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are in Trentino and are cultivated organically. Predominantly limestone soils contribute distinctive mineral notes. The climate is cool, with pronounced differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures, cold winters and hot summers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. After crushing and destemming, they are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine spends an extended period on its lees.
