About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the Casisano estate among the hills of Montalcino.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in wooden vats at a controlled temperature of 28–30 °C, with maceration lasting 20–25 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for four years in Slavonian oak barrels, preserving its natural structure.
