About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness, then gently pressed. The must ferments at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks to retain fruity and floral notes.
Ageing
The wine spends four months on the lees, developing a creamy texture and more layered flavour. After bottling, it rests for an unspecified period before release to stabilise.
Tasting profile
Fresh and bright, with notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit, alongside fruity and floral aromas and a sea-breeze character. Lees ageing adds creaminess and complexity.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with fish and light vegetable dishes.
Vintage notes
The 2024 growing season brought a mild winter, a sunny spring and a warm summer. The grapes ripened slowly, developing complex aromas without suffering from heat or drought. The resulting wines are balanced and fresh.
Label / history
The name “Luna” refers to the Moon and its long-standing fascination for people, including its perceived influence on tides, plants, climate and human behaviour. The range arose from the idea that these influences matter in planting, tending, harvesting and storing grapes.
