Grapes

Canaiolo Nero accounts for half of the blend. Grechetto, Trebbiano and Malvasia together make up the remaining 50%.

Fermentation takes place under strict temperature control.

Ageing

The wine ages for three months in stainless steel tanks, followed by a further three months in bottle in the winery’s cool cellars.
