Pècchero grew from Pierangiolo Piccini’s maxim that a great wine deserves a great glass. Those words stayed with his grandson Michelangelo and later inspired the young winemaker’s long oenological journey toward creating this Cabernet Franc. Conceived as an affectionate tribute to his grandfather, the wine also reflects Michelangelo’s exuberant character.
