About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Montesiepe, on marl and limestone-sand soils with a sandy loam texture.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by extended skin contact.
Ageing
The wine is aged in barriques.
Label / history
Annual production is 1,300 bottles.
