About this wine
Grapes
100% Ribolla Gialla.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually during the first ten days of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 16 °C, partly with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in stainless steel for 4 months, followed by 2 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 12.5% vol. Total acidity: 6.5 g/L. Residual sugar: 2 g/L. Total SO₂: 90 mg/L. pH: 3.22. Available in 0.75 L bottles.
Tasting profile
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. White flowers, unripe apple and citrus notes of citron and lemon are joined by a chalky mineral nuance. The palate is dry, fresh and slender, driven by the variety’s lively acidity. The finish is clean, citrusy and savory.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 8–10 °C in a flute or narrow tulip glass; decanting is unnecessary. Suitable as an aperitif or paired with fish appetizers, light pasta dishes, sushi and sashimi. Ageing potential is 3–5 years.
Vintage notes
Gambero Rosso awarded the taut, incisively acidic 2022 vintage 90/100 and Due Bicchieri, recognizing its indigenous character. The fresh, mineral 2021 vintage received 91/100 and 4 Grappoli from Bibenda. Veronelli awarded the balanced, elegant 2020 vintage 89/100 and 2 Stelle.
