The new Cascina La Zerba center was conceived with a tasting room, small kitchen and equipped meeting spaces among the Volpedo vineyards. Bio-building and photovoltaic power were integral to the project. Saturday tastings were planned by reservation, while weekday uses included introductory wine courses, small events, presentations and team-building activities.
