About this wine
Grapes
Garganega leads the blend, complemented by aromatic Trebbiano di Soave.
Vinification
The grapes undergo two days of maceration before the must is fermented in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is then filtered following a short period in oak barrels.
Ageing
After filtration, the wine matures in large bottles for a further two months.
Tasting profile
Clean and refined, with freshness and very good balance.
Serving and pairing
Serve chilled with pasta or main courses based on white meat or fish.
