About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on hills formed by glacial moraines.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo skin maceration. The must is then gently pressed and fermented under temperature-controlled conditions.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
