Vineyard and terroir
The Zuani vineyard lies in the municipality of San Floriano del Collio. Its soils are predominantly marl and sand dating from the Middle Eocene, and the climate favours grape ripening.
Vinification
Each variety is vinified separately. Cold maceration is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
