Vineyard and terroir
The Friulano vines grow in the northeast of the region, in loose, well-aerated soils made up mainly of the area's typical white limestone river stones, deposited by flooding Alpine streams. The grapes are grown using traditional methods and harvested at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes undergo cold maceration and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged on the lees, partly in steel tanks and partly in tonneaux.
