Vineyard and terroir
The Syrah grows in the hills of Trapani on soils rich in limestone and clay. The vines are cultivated exclusively using biodynamic methods.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and partially destemmed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place with natural yeasts in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine rests for 10 months, followed by three months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Mineral and fresh, with a soft, rich and expressive palate.
