Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. Traditional vinification follows, with maceration and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel tanks to preserve its freshness. After bottling, it rests in the winery’s cellars for at least two months.
