Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified traditionally. Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks at 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel tanks to preserve its freshness. After bottling, it rests for at least two months in the winery’s cellars.
