Vineyard and terroir
Merlot is well adapted to the local growing conditions in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks with native yeasts. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation begins immediately after alcoholic fermentation. No sulfur dioxide or other additives are used. The wine is drawn off 20 days after fermentation is complete.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in large oak casks and is bottled without filtration.
Tasting profile
The palate is lively and distinctive.
