Vineyard and terroir
The Garganega and Trebbiano grapes are grown near the winery, on the mineral-rich soils of the Sorio hills.
Vinification
Fermentation is spontaneous, in 30 hl oak barrels, without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine is bottled in April–May of the following year, without clarification or filtration. Some of it is bottled without added sulfur dioxide.
Tasting profile
Elegant and smooth, a natural white that is very easy to drink.
