Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards at Santa Cristina, an estate owned by the Antinori family.
Grapes
Selected Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia grapes are used.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness from mid-September to early October. They undergo five months of appassimento before gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in oak barrels.
Ageing
The 2010 vintage matured in oak barrels for more than four years and was bottled in December 2015.
