Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Tufo and vineyards within the Greco di Tufo DOCG production area. The south-west-facing hillside sites lie at approximately 500 m above sea level and have clay-limestone soils. The vines are espalier-trained and Guyot-pruned, with 3,500 plants per hectare. Yield is 60 quintals per hectare, equivalent to approximately 1.7 kg per vine.
