Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at Torrecuso in the province of Benevento, at approximately 600 m above sea level. The soils combine clay and limestone. The vines are trained using the cordone speronato system at a density of 3,000 plants per hectare, with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare.

100% Falanghina.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in mid-October. Fermentation is carried out in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures in bottle for three months.
Tasting profile
Intense straw yellow. The aroma is dominated by fresh fruit, particularly pineapple and banana. The palate is full, harmonious and highly persistent.
