Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba, at 350 metres above sea level. The soils are white limestone, and the vines are 20 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified for seven days at a controlled temperature of 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks.

Pair with red meat, game, stews or mature cheeses.
