Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and vinified at a controlled temperature of approximately 28 °C, with pump-overs twice daily. Racking and malolactic fermentation follow.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees and is bottled 10–12 months after harvest.
Serving and pairing
Decant for 30 minutes before serving.
