Vineyard and terroir
The Belstar vineyard lies at the edge of the historic Prosecco area, where the climate is cool. The fruit grows at 250 m above sea level on gently rolling, south-facing hills.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. Cold skin maceration is followed by a long fermentation.
