Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, in the communes of Cavaion, Bardolino and Lazise, at 160–180 metres above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully selected and fermented at a low temperature to develop richness. Maceration continues as the temperature is raised, building structure and deepening the flavour.
Label / history
The wine is part of The Classic – Linea 883 range. The number 883 refers to 1883, when Abele Bolla founded the winery in Veneto.
