Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the Tenuta Fossa Granara vineyard in the Bardolino Classico area. The vines are Guyot-trained on mixed soils of morainic origin.
Grapes
60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 10% Molinara.
Vinification
The grapes undergo 6 hours of skin maceration in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
Maturation lasts 5 months in stainless steel.

Bardolino Chiaretto DOC. Alcohol: 12% vol. Bottle sizes: 375 ml and 750 ml.
Tasting profile
Clear, bright pale pink. The elegant bouquet brings together wildflowers, citrus and small red fruits. The palate is delicate, with refreshing notes of citrus and green apple. A savoury streak enhances its appetizing, easy-drinking character.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Well suited to summer dishes such as rice salads, caprese, prosciutto and melon, chicken salad and beef carpaccio. It can also accompany pizza, fried fish and soft cheeses throughout the year.

Chiaretto is the traditional rosé expression of Bardolino, evoking the soft sunsets of Lake Garda.
