Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow at 160–180 m on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, in the communes of Cavaion, Bardolino, Garda, Affi, Costermano and Lazise.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and selected by hand. Vinification includes 15 days of maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20–28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit character and the grapes’ regional qualities.

“TTT” stands for “Trust The Taste,” the name of the Bolla range to which the wine belongs.
