Tasting profile

Ruby red with bright violet nuances. The nose is intense and fruity, combining red woodland berries with a light herbaceous accent. Savoury and full-bodied on the palate, with measured tannins and a persistent, gently bitter finish. The wine has a firm structure and distinctive personality.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 18–20°C with grilled meats or game.
