The Borgo Tesis vineyards spread across the stony Grave del Friuli, sheltered to the north by the Dolomites. Centralized fertigation is used to maintain vine balance while reducing environmental impact.

Tasting profile
Straw yellow with vivid greenish reflections. The intense, persistent aroma evokes yellow pepper, banana and melon; the broader description also highlights apple. The palate is dry, velvety, aromatic and enticing, with an elegant, finely drawn character.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Pair with fish dishes.
