Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the sunny countryside of the province of Treviso. The grapes are generally harvested in the middle ten days of September, at optimal ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are inspected and selected before gentle pressing. Primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation follows using the Martinotti–Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine matures for 1–2 months.
