Vineyard and terroir
The family vineyards lie in Filandetta Park, in the heart of the Valdobbiadene region. They are farmed in accordance with European organic viticulture standards. The site has a mild microclimate and soils rich in trace elements.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand over two days at optimal ripeness, then inspected, selected and gently pressed. Primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Secondary fermentation follows the Martinotti–Charmat method.
Ageing
The wine matures for three months following secondary fermentation.
Tasting profile
The aroma is distinctly floral and fruity.
