Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on sunny hillsides in the province of Treviso.
Vinification
Harvest usually takes place during the final ten days of September. The first fermentation is temperature-controlled and lasts 10–15 days. A second fermentation follows in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method for 25–30 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for 1–2 months after the second fermentation.
Tasting profile
Lightly sparkling, fresh and straightforward, with an easy-drinking character.
