Vineyard and terroir
Produced in Veneto in a temperate climate. The growing environment is characterized by the interplay of nature, soil and climate, and the product page identifies clay and sandstone soils.
Grapes
Pinot Grigio.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks for 8–12 days at a controlled temperature of 15–17°C.
Ageing
The wine is stored in stainless-steel tanks at 10–12°C until bottling.
Technical data
Delle Venezie DOC. Alcohol: 12% vol., with possible vintage variation. Available in 750 ml bottles.
Tasting profile
Pale straw yellow. The bouquet is persistent and floral, with rich aromatic sensations. Dry, vibrant and balanced, with a smooth texture supported by its body.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with fish dishes, white meats and vegetables. The technical sheet recommends 8–10°C, while the product page gives 10–12°C.
