Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
Produced in Veneto from vineyards whose well-drained soils and slopes reduce the risks associated with heavy rainfall. Balanced sunlight exposure supports harmonious ripening. The product page identifies clay and sandstone soils.
Grapes
Glera with 10–15% Pinot Noir.
Vinification
Glera and Pinot Noir are vinified to create the characteristically pink base wine. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave according to the Charmat method at 14–15°C. The wine then rests on selected yeasts for approximately 60 days. After reaching the required pressure, alcohol and sugar levels, it is refrigerated, cold-stabilized at -2 to -3°C, filtered and checked before bottling.
Ageing
Approximately 60 days on selected yeasts during the sparkling-wine process.
